A recent article from Fortune Magazine in April 13,2011, said that Real Estate is back!! It's interesting to think - that this could be a once in a lifetime opportunity where prices are so low coupled with incrediubly low interest rates. You think about - we always think buy low and sell high when it comes to stocks. Why not real estate? Everyone needs a place to live! We all have to hang our hat somewhere each night.
